Carbodiam offers the entire package, from design and production to the distribution of a wide range of diamond charged tooling destined for:

   Since its early beginnings, Carbodiam has acquired more than fifteen different patents and innovations. The company has a presence in 35 countries, and organises its distribution through 3 European subsidiaries and a network of exclusive distributors throughout Europe, the United States and India.
   The company Carbodiam is entirely independent; it produces its own bonding materials, and its own diamond families. Its production is based on sintering methods developed in-house. The production tools are custom-made, which makes it possible to produce original tooling to satisfy the most high tech requirements.
   The drive for innovation at Carbodiam is present at every level of the company, from the field right to the laboratory. Selecting the diamond quality, its size, the quality of the bonding material, the sintering method, the geometry of the piece, the requirements of the application (type of machine, power, peripheral speed, type of material, type of aggregate..) are just a few of the many factors which have to be taken into account when defining the final product.

   Turbo Start technology is available on the entire range: dry disk, wet disk, drill bit, concrete sander…
   The aim is to significantly increase the sawing, drilling, and sanding speeds.
